Shipping and returns 

Please note the following exception to the shipping and refund policy: ​

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following

  1. Send me an email at orla.hypnotherapy@gmail.com containing the digital receipt and bank details if refund is required. 

  2. Follow the steps in the follow-up email that will be sent.
